We are seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-level transportation litigation and regulatory matters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent clients in transportation-related litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance issues
  • Draft and argue motions, attend court appearances, and participate in depositions
  • Advise clients on federal and state transportation regulations
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACTIVE licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
  • 3–5 years of experience in transportation law or related litigation
  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
