Tax Senior | Hybrid | Greeley, CO
✅ Public accounting firm based in Greeley, CO
✅ Onsite–hybrid role (preferred 3 days in office; more flexibility post–tax season)
What You’ll Do
✅ Prepare and review complex corporate and individual tax returns
✅ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
✅ Conduct tax research, planning, and advisory work
✅ Identify tax issues, develop smart solutions, and communicate clearly with clients
✅ Supervise and review work of tax staff
✅ Work independently with minimal supervision (no hand-holding)
What You Bring
✅ 5–7+ years of tax experience in public accounting
✅ CPA required (MSA a plus)
✅ Strong technical skills with big-picture thinking
✅ Confident client communicator who doesn’t hide behind spreadsheets
Hours (Yes, They’re Actually Reasonable)
🗓 Feb–Apr 15: ~54 hrs/week
🗓 Apr 16–Labor Day: ~36 hrs/week + Friday afternoons off
🗓 Labor Day–Oct 15: ~40 hrs/week
🗓 Oct 16–Jan: ~36 hrs/week → ramps to 40 in January
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary range: $70,000–$100,000
