Permit Expediter

Location: Volusia County, FL

The Opportunity Join a growing construction team with a 3-year pipeline of secured work. We are seeking a Permit Expediter to help drive projects forward by managing the permitting process from start to approval.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track permits from submission through approval
• Coordinate with local municipalities, inspectors, and agencies
• Prepare and submit permit applications and required documentation
• Monitor timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy
• Stay up to date on local codes, zoning, and permitting requirements

What You Bring

• Experience with permitting in Volusia County / Florida jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of construction documents and processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
