Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Diesel Truck Shop Foreman to lead our team. If you’re a hands-on technician ready to take the next step into leadership — or already leading and looking for a more stable, rewarding environment — this could be your move.

As Shop Foreman, you'll oversee workflow, guide technicians through diagnostics and repairs, and ensure high-quality service standards are met. This is an opportunity to lead by example, develop talent, and play a key role in shop operations.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise workflow, assign jobs, and verify repair quality
• Step in on repairs or DOT inspections when needed
• Mentor techs and coordinate second-shift shop operations
• Communicate with customers and update service systems
• Assist with parts, inventory, and light Service Advisor tasks

What You Bring

• Diesel repair experience; certification in diagnostics/overhaul preferred
• Familiar with repair order systems, diagnostic tools, and computers
• Ability to lead a team and still turn a wrench when needed
• High school diploma or GED required; CDL a plus
• Must have own tools
