Job Description

A business litigaation law firm based out of Pittsburgh is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. Their clients range from Fortune 200 and large privately help companies to municipall entities small businesses and partnerships in a broad diversity of industries and business sectors. With each representation, their attorneys work to ensure that matters are addressed practically and efficiently, and in a manner best suited for that client.

The Philadelphia office is seeking a highly motivated and industrious Attorney to work in the firm’s Product Liability practice group.

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in litigation areas such as products liability, class actions, and multi-district litigation.

  •  Experience in active participation in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroomexperiences.

  • Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of county, state, and federal courts and related rules of civil procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail in all work, along with the ability to manage multiple files and to prioritize workloads to effectively meet all deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients. 

  • Forward thinking, organized, and a team player. Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction
