I am working with a firm in Century City that is wanting to add a Pre-litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney. This is a great opportunity for a "go-getter" to join a collaborative team that has a passion for representing injured clients. 

Background:

• Previous experience in pre-litigation or litigation personal injury cases
• Ability to oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers and a team of assistants and departments including property damage, records, demands, negotiations and lien negotiations
• Take charge of all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring proper working up of cases by case managers 
• Collaborate on case evaluation, strategizing, and medical management to enhance case value and obtain the maximum possible settlement for our clients
• Admitted in CA
