We are partnering with a respected and rapidly growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a Remote Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume AND/OR Complex plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and trial documents.
- Coordinate and maintain litigation calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates.
- Organize and review medical records, billing records, and supporting case documentation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and mediation packages.
- Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
- Maintain accurate electronic case files using case management software.
- Ensure compliance with court rules and filing deadlines in state and federal courts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury.
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process from complaint through trial.
- Experience drafting legal documents with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with medical records, liens, damages documentation, and discovery.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management systems such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles, Litify, Clio, or similar platforms.
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
