A respected California-based law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation team. Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Handle hearings, depositions, and litigation strategy
• Work closely with clients and litigation teams on complex matters
• Maintain and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience
• Strong business or general litigation background preferred
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Active California Bar license in good standing
