Overview

Our client, a well-established and highly-regarded plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Washington State is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and directly impact the lives of individuals seeking justice.

Key Requirements

Experience and Background

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing as a personal injury attorney.

  • Mandatory Plaintiff-Side Background: Must have extensive experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

  • Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with a strong litigation and deposition track record are highly encouraged to apply.

Licensure and Location

  • Active and in good standing license to practice law in the state of Washington is required.

  • The position is 100% in-office, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, including:

  • Conducting client interviews and managing client expectations.

  • Developing case strategies, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

  • Handling all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.

  • Engaging in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.

  • Preparing cases for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit management.
