Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of products and production processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career engineer looking to grow within a stable manufacturing environment while gaining hands-on exposure across engineering, production, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products, components, and systems based on customer specifications
  • Create detailed technical drawings and models using CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
  • Evaluate designs for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to support successful product launches
  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design performance
  • Support testing, data collection, and product validation efforts
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in product design and production processes
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends, materials, and engineering best practices

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
  • Exposure to basic programming or automation tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
