A well-respected boutique litigation firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated construction defect, professional liability, commercial, and development-related disputes alongside experienced litigators in a highly collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, litigation experience, and an interest in handling complex construction and design professional matters. Attorneys will gain meaningful client interaction, hands-on case responsibility, and mentorship while working with a team known for its technical knowledge and strong reputation in the industry.
