Job Description

A well-established, full-service legal team has been incorporated for over 40 years and is currently seeking a skilled attorney with experience in trust and estate planning and administration. The role will involve handling wills, trusts, estate administration, and elder law matters. 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for healthcare
  • Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax planning
  • Conduct effective consultations with potential clients
  • Interface with clients providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed with the State Bar of PA
  • Minimum of five years of estate planning experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical aptitude for learning other software programs such as practice management software
  • Familiarity with document drafting software
  • Ability to show empathy to clients and puts them at ease
  • Attention to detail
