🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Handle a mix of general liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and workers' comp matters
Litigate cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution
Participate in depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial prep
Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and legal support teams
✅ Ideal Candidate Has:
1–5 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas
Trial experience and a desire to continue working on trial-heavy cases
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
💼 Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $90K–$135K, based on experience
Bonus Structure: $20K+ minimum for meeting billable target (1800 hours)
