Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to lead daily operations for a growing assisted living community in the St. Paul area. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about resident care, team development, operational excellence, and creating a positive community culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living community
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and occupancy goals
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive operational success

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license required
  • Previous leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong teams and maintain a resident-focused culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred
