Duties Include:
Supporting attorneys in managing dockets and preparing filings
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
Communicating with courts, clients, and third parties
Managing deadlines, hearing schedules, and trial preparation
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of legal assistant/paralegal experience in civil litigation or probate
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
