Who we're looking for: SALARY and BONUS Structure is BASED ON EXPERIENCE
- Associate Attorney: You must have at least 3 years of experience in personal injury or wrongful death litigation. You are a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping people. You're eager to learn from the best and contribute to high-stakes cases.
- Partner-Level Attorney: You must have at least 5 years of experience (the more the better) and a demonstrated history of success in personal injury or wrongful death cases. You're a seasoned litigator with a strong reputation for achieving outstanding results. You're ready to take on a leadership role and handle complex, high-value cases.
Key Qualifications:
- Trial Experience: Experience with all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial.
- Exceptional Track Record: A history of significant settlements and/or verdicts.
- Top-Tier Talent: Only the best of the best will be considered. You are known for your legal acumen, strategic thinking, and dedication to your clients.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Licensed to Practice in Texas: Must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
