Position Overview:
The Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager will lead and oversee client engagements, manage a team of professionals, and ensure high-quality tax compliance and consulting services across diverse industries. This is a key leadership role with long-term career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Review complex tax returns and provide technical expertise on client issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to support client advisory and planning strategies.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required.
• 5–7 years of progressive tax experience (7+ years for Senior Manager).
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience across multiple industries (healthcare not included).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
