Position: Insurance Coverage Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
A highly regarded law firm in the Dallas metro area is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its team. The firm is nationally recognized for handling complex insurance coverage litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and offers a well-rounded and challenging litigation environment.
Responsibilities include analyzing insurance policies and drafting detailed coverage opinions, managing all phases of litigation such as pleadings, discovery, and depositions, and advising clients on risk assessment and claims strategy. The attorney will work independently while also collaborating with other attorneys and staff on complex legal matters.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active Texas law license

Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation

Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills

Experience with first-party property insurance and bad faith litigation is preferred
