Design solutions that help communities manage water and protect critical infrastructure.
We’re seeking a Water Resources Engineer who enjoys solving complex drainage and stormwater challenges and wants to see their work make a visible difference. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers and project leaders on a mix of public and private projects, from early analysis through design and construction.
Develop stormwater management, drainage, and flood mitigation solutions.
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and prepare technical reports.
Design storm sewer systems, detention facilities, channels, and other water resources infrastructure.
Prepare plans, specifications, calculations, and permit applications.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Help guide projects, solve field challenges, and mentor less experienced engineers as your experience allows.
A bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field.
Experience with water resources, drainage, stormwater, or hydraulic design.
Familiarity with relevant modeling and design tools, such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, or Civil 3D.
Strong communication skills and a practical approach to engineering problems.
EIT or PE credentials are valued; the right level of responsibility will depend on your experience.
