Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair industrial recycling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair compactors, balers, conveyors, shredders, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Minimize equipment downtime and keep operations running efficiently
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and improvements
- Work closely with operations and maintenance leadership
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Experience with balers, conveyors, compactors, shredders, or similar equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs
- Strong safety mindset
