Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across a diverse client base including manufacturing, agriculture, financial institutions, and not-for-profits
Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Review audit workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and professional standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing proactive, clear communication and strategic insight
Manage audit engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and firm standards
Contribute to the ongoing development of audit methodologies, training, and quality control initiatives
CPA license required
Minimum 6+ years of public accounting experience with significant external audit exposure
Proven leadership skills managing teams and client relationships
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
Deep understanding of Iowa’s business environment and industries preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
