Farm Foreman Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee farm operations and manage day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of farm operators and drivers.
• Ensure efficient operation of machinery and technology for planting and harvesting.

Farm Details:

• Crops: Corn, soybeans, sugarbeets, wheat
• Technology: Proficiency in GPS, mapping, autosteer, and other farm technologies is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary:22-24 an hour
• Health Insurance: 50% coverage; full coverage available for salaried employees.
• Retirement Plan: IRA with a 3% match.
• Other Benefits: Flexible on insurance and other needs, depending on the candidate’s situation.
