One of my favorite clients is urgently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their growing team in La Jolla office. They’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in civil litigation defense who thrives in a collaborative environment.

✔ Experience supporting civil litigation defense
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
✔ Environmental / toxic tort experience preferred
📍 Location: On-site in La Jolla (5 days/week to start with hybrid flexibility after onboarding)
