An established, mid-sized Idaho law firm is seeking a motivated new or experienced Attorney to join its team in Nampa, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional dedicated to providing the highest level of service, advocacy, and dedication to clients navigating the complexities of immigration law.

Position Overview

• Job Type: Full-time

• Location: In-person (Nampa, ID)

• Practice Area: Immigration Law

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various immigration matters, providing strategic and compassionate legal counsel.

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, ensuring all deadlines and compliance standards are met.

• Prepare and file petitions, applications, briefs, and waivers with relevant government agencies.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and attend hearings as required.

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to guide them through the legal process.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active bar license in good standing (Idaho bar preferred, or eligibility to practice immigration law).

• Experience in immigration law is a plus, but passionate entry level attorneys are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage a steady caseload with high attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (depending on experience)

• Incentives: Billable hour bonuses
