We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Humboldt, Iowa. Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profits
Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and depreciation schedules
Compile and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Stay informed on current tax laws and accounting standards
Assist senior staff while providing exceptional client service
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in public accounting or related role
CPA license preferred, or actively working toward certification
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Effective communication and organizational skills
