Job Title: Project Executive – Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join a leading General Contractor in the area. The Project Executive will oversee multiple projects and project teams while ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout. This Project Executive will play a key role in client relationships, operational leadership, and overall project performance across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams across multiple projects.

• The Project Executive will oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance.

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• The Project Executive will support business development efforts and help secure new work.

• Provide strategic leadership and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction managing diverse project types (office, healthcare, retail, education, industrial, etc.).

• Proven leadership experience in a Project Executive or senior project leadership role.

• Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and financial management.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.
