Position: Trial Attorney (Litigation Associate) – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-Site)
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonuses + full benefits (expected Year 1 $100K+)

About the Role:
A leading St. Louis plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its nationally recognized trial team. This is not a “back-office” role—you’ll manage your own docket of personal injury cases and gain real courtroom experience early in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Litigate a docket of personal injury cases from filing through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Manage discovery, including depositions

  • Appear in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

  • Negotiate with defense counsel to secure strong outcomes for clients

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (Illinois license a plus)

  • 1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense preferred)

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Resilient, driven, and passionate about client advocacy
