Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including Project Management or Project Engineering
• Strong understanding of budgets, estimating, scheduling, contracts, and project coordination
• Proven ability to manage resources, timelines, subcontractors, and project deliverables
• Self-starter with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and schedule
