About the Opportunity

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree

  • Experience in retail, clinical, or mail-order pharmacy environments welcomed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety

  • Excellent communication skills for phone-based patient interactions

  • Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and operational teams

  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven pharmacy setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)

  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • No retail counter environment

  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, PTO, and more)

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Predictable daytime schedule with excellent work-life balance

  • No walk-in customers – all communication handled via phone or computer
