A rapidly growing, team-oriented Family Law firm in Tulsa is seeking a 2–6 year Family Law Attorney to join its expanding practice.
This firm has doubled in size since opening and continues to grow. Leadership is highly invested in mentorship, structure, and long-term attorney development.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage 50–75 family law cases from intake through resolution
• Independently handle court appearances
• Work closely with experienced paralegal and support staff
• Maintain strong client communication and service standards
• Collaborate in daily strategic team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–6 years of Family Law experience (required)
• Comfortable handling courtroom appearances independently
• Strong writing and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and client-care focus
• Team-oriented mindset
• Spanish is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to travel within 40–60 miles (paid mileage + parking)
Trial experience is not required — mentorship and support are provided when needed.
