We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join a growing and well-respected public accounting firm in Reno, Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a leadership role, manage a diverse client base, and mentor a strong audit team while enjoying the lifestyle and beauty of Northern Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across various industries
Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships
Assist with business development and firm growth initiatives
Stay current with changes in accounting and auditing standards
Qualifications:
CPA license preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
2-3+ years of recent public accounting audit experience
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
