Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in managing daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor construction progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate effectively with trades, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with scheduling, inspections, and punch list completion
• Help resolve on-site issues and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Experience using QuickBooks for job cost tracking or invoicing
• Excellent client-facing skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
