Job Description

GPAC has partnered with a well established Agriculture company that is searching for an Office Manager to join their growing team. The company has a strong culture and they work hard to keep their employees happy. 

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and answers phone in a pleasant and efficient manner
  • Assists Accounting Department with AR/AP/Payroll as requested
  • Maintains office files and safety books keeping records up to date
  • Assists with job-recruitment for all positions 
  • Assists with HR duties including new employee onboarding
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Quickbooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills

Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr + bonus potential & health insurance
