Appointment Setter – Land Development

Location: Oklahoma (Remote or In-Office – specify city if needed)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to support our land development team in Oklahoma. This role focuses on outbound communication to property owners, developers, contractors, and industry professionals to generate qualified appointments and opportunities for our leadership and sales teams.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, well-organized, and comfortable initiating conversations within the land development and construction space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, property owners, and industry contacts

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for land development discussions

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled meetings

  • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain relationships

  • Work closely with sales and development teams to support business growth

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an appointment setter, call center representative, or inside sales preferred

  • Strong communication and phone presence

  • Comfortable speaking with professionals in construction, real estate, or land development

  • Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented

  • Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email)

  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in land development, construction, real estate, or related industries

  • CRM experience

  • B2B calling experience
