The Senior Superintendent oversees large-scale jobsite operations, coordinates multiple subcontractors, ensures safe execution, and guides field teams to deliver high-quality work.
Lead all field operations for major projects.
Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily work planning.
Maintain quality control and specification compliance.
Ensure safety protocols and site coordination.
Track progress, daily reporting, and milestone completion.
Work closely with the PM on schedule and cost management.
8+ years experience supervising commercial or industrial projects.
Proven leadership on large, multi-phase jobs.
Strong communication and field-coordination skills.
