Dermatologist – Vancouver, WA
Join a thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice in beautiful Vancouver, WA—just across the river from Portland, OR. Our established clinic provides comprehensive general dermatology care to a loyal patient base, with strong referral connections to the nearby PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Health System campus.
We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist with 5+ years of clinical experience preferred to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who value clinical autonomy, collaborative support, and a clear path to ownership.
Position Highlights:
General Dermatology only – no Mohs, no inpatient work
Established referral network from PeaceHealth campus across the street
1 physician owner + 2 experienced PAs
2 dedicated MAs per provider (1 rooming, 1 scribing) for maximum efficiency
Flexible compensation options: salary, RVU-based, or creative packages tailored with ownership potential in 0–2 years
