MARKETING DIRECTOR
Residential Construction / Homebuilding
A growing and established residential construction company is seeking a Marketing Director to lead its marketing strategy, strengthen the company’s brand, and drive visibility and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic marketing professional who understands the residential construction or homebuilding industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and brand direction
- Manage digital marketing, social media, website, email campaigns, and online presence
- Create compelling content that showcases homes, projects, communities, and the company’s brand
- Oversee photography, videography, graphic design, and other creative marketing needs
- Plan and coordinate events, open houses, community activities, and promotional campaigns
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to develop marketing initiatives that generate leads and support growth
- Manage outside vendors, agencies, and marketing partners
- Track marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within residential construction, homebuilding, real estate, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, content creation, and branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and outside vendors
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and other departments
- Photography, graphic design, and/or video production experience is a plus
