Qualifications
- 2+ years as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defense, product liability, professional liability or construction defect
- Experience reviewing medical records
- Experience issuing subpoenas
- Effective calendaring skills
- Organizing large caseloads, discovery and trial preparation
- Draft basic legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters
