Qualifications

• Must be registered Architect in the state of Ohio
• 5-20 years of professional experience
• Experience in a variety of project types, scale, and complexity; following project from conception through completion
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Revit required
• Municipal, Educational, Transit, Aviation project experience preferred 

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage overall project schedule and budget
• Conduct programming and planning studies
• Coordinate client contact and maintain working relationships
• Assist in business development
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence and project documentation
