About the Practice: Join a privately owned, expanding dermatology clinic that has recently opened a brand-new, 6,000 sq. ft. facility featuring 15 state-of-the-art exam rooms. Our practice is dedicated to exceptional patient care, innovation, and a collaborative team culture. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality general and surgical dermatologic care.
Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated, patient-centered provider who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment. You’ll work closely with an experienced team and have ample opportunities for autonomy, professional development, and long-term growth within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care in general, medical, and surgical dermatology
Conduct thorough skin exams; diagnose and treat a wide variety of dermatologic conditions
Perform minor surgical and cosmetic procedures as appropriate
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, delivering exceptional care and follow-up
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality clinic operations
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Arizona
Dermatology experience strongly preferred
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
