HOA / COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Hybrid – 2 Days Remote

A growing organization is seeking an experienced HOA / Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential communities while building strong relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and community partners.

This is a great opportunity for an organized, service-minded professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of community operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for assigned HOA and residential communities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and association boards
  • Manage community budgets, financials, invoices, and operating expenses
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance, repairs, and community projects
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, community rules, and regulations
  • Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare for and participate in HOA board meetings
  • Maintain accurate community records, contracts, correspondence, and documentation
  • Monitor community standards and coordinate enforcement when necessary
  • Build positive relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HOA, Community Association, or Property Management experience
  • Strong understanding of HOA operations, budgets, vendors, and property maintenance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working directly with residents and HOA boards
  • Knowledge of governing documents, compliance, and community standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations professionally
  • CAM/HOA certification is preferred but not required
