Project Coordinator – Residential Homebuilder

A well-established residential homebuilder is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the construction team and help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules, documents, and project information
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project needs
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track purchase orders, invoices, selections, and change orders
• Maintain accurate project files and updates
• Help monitor construction timelines and budgets
• Assist with customer communication and project updates

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of construction, homebuilding, or project coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
