IP/Commercial Litigation Attorney

Our client is a prestigious law firm focused on IP/Commercial litigation, known for providing exceptional legal representation to clients. The firm is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Requirements: 

• 3-7 years of of sophisticated commercial and/or intellectual property litigation experience in a law firm setting. 
• Must be bar licensed in NY.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writing samples are required for submission.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Drafting and arguing motions, drafting and responding to discovery, handling document productions, and conducting/defending depositions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
