A well-established Seattle law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel to join its litigation practice. This is an opportunity for an experienced attorney to take ownership of sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, and handle cases from early strategy through resolution and trial.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of complex litigation experience

• Active Washington State Bar membership

• Significant experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Strong commercial or business litigation background

• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation

• Ability to independently develop case strategy and manage client relationships

• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills

• Experience practicing in state and federal courts

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and competing deadlines
