We’re partnering with a respected, design-driven architecture firm with a strong East Coast presence to find a Lead Architect / Project Manager for their growing Washington, D.C. office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to lead impactful projects, mentor talented teams, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
Lead diverse architectural projects—from concept through completion.
Oversee design quality, technical execution, and project delivery.
Manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and consultant coordination.
Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Play an active role in strategic planning and firm development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Architectural license (multi-state licensure is a plus).
10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or PM role.
Strong portfolio in commercial and K-12 projects.
Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD a plus).
Solid knowledge of codes, detailing, and documentation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
