Employment Law Defense Paralegal | Seattle, WA | Hybrid

A boutique Seattle employment defense firm is seeking a paralegal who enjoys substantive litigation work and taking ownership of cases. Work closely with attorneys, support clients through complex employment disputes, and contribute from case development through trial preparation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment litigation
• Knowledge of Washington state and federal court procedures and e-filing
• Experience supporting discovery, document production, and privilege logs
• Ability to prepare materials for depositions, mediations, and trials
• Strong organization, communication, and deadline management
• Experience with EEOC, WSHRC, or L&I matters is a plus
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
