What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be a true, people-first mentor. You will lead, coach, and support an excellent, highly trained group of production employees on the 3rd shift. Your day-to-day will focus on ensuring shift safety, driving manufacturing efficiency, and collaborating closely with the management and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly. Rather than just managing lines, you will be empowering a team to succeed and helping the facility hit its long-term growth goals.

The ideal candidate holds: 

• 3+ years of experience within a dairy or pasteurization facility with some leadership experience 
• Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills. 
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations. 
• Familiarity working with data management programs. 
• Strong understanding of GMP’s and Food Safety 
• leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
