Production Manager

An employee-owned, family-first organization is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations and drive results. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to oversee production, ensure efficiency, and develop strong teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop hourly and salaried employees to achieve production goals

  • Ensure timely completion of projects and identify process improvements for efficiency and profitability

  • Monitor workflow, equipment, and resources; provide daily reporting and corrective actions to meet targets

  • Assign work, set priorities, evaluate employee performance, and oversee training and orientation

  • Foster a safe and clean work environment, ensuring all safety rules, policies, and PPE requirements are followed

  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures

  • Promote strong communication across departments and maintain equipment reliability

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Business, or related field

  • Experience in the hydraulics industry preferred

  • Successful track record leading teams in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build relationships and foster a team-oriented culture
