Real Estate Title Processor – Lebanon / Mt. Juliet, TN

A well-established law firm in the Lebanon area is seeking an experienced Real Estate Title Processor to join its growing real estate team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in closing, settlement, and title processing who enjoys working in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

• Location: Lebanon, TN, with potential placement in the Mt. Juliet office
• Practice Focus: Real estate closings, with an emphasis on commercial files
• Work Environment: Established law firm with a strong real estate practice

Responsibilities

• Assist with real estate closing processing from intake through post-closing
• Handle loan closing documentation and settlement processing
• Review and coordinate title-related documents
• Communicate with lenders, clients, agents, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions
• Support commercial real estate files, including preparing and organizing closing materials
• Ensure accuracy, deadlines, and compliance throughout the closing process

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in real estate closing processing required
• Commercial real estate file experience strongly preferred
• Loan closing and settlement processing experience required
• Title experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach
