Job Description

Much more than a CPA firm. In addition to public accounting, they own and operate a Consulting & Advisory practice, a mid-market M&A firm, giving employees exposure to a wide variety of advisory work beyond tax compliance. Looking to add a Senior Tax Associate to the team.

The firm has 6 Partners (the newest is just 28yo!), approximately 50 employees, virtually no turnover, and no history of layoffs. They pride themselves on a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where professionals are trusted to manage their own client relationships and career growth.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-5+ years of public accounting tax experience

• Strong technical tax background

• Experience with:

• Corporate taxation
• Partnership taxation
• Individual taxation
• High-net-worth individuals
• Estate & Trust taxation
• Multi-state taxation

• Experience managing client relationships

• Consulting or advisory experience is a plus

• CPA preferred (EA or CPA-track candidates also considered)

• Experience with UltraTax is a plus
